Re: Wheel Stud Size??

i just bought a few studs for my front rotors for the 71.
the stud is for a 1/2 lug nut. dont know the length.
the best way to remove them is take the rotor off spin on a lug nut part way and tap it out the back with a hammer. the stud is splined with a shoulder on the back to keep it from pulling through. no idea where to get longer ones.
you might take an old one out and take it to napa, or whatever is the bigger chain in your area. and compare some lug studs that they have for the correct spline, and thread to see if they have the length you want.
hope that helps, Tony

Re: Wheel Stud Size??

for longer studs i would chech with a tire shop that sells alot of custom wheels or of course theres summit or jegs, and remember if you cant find them in their catalog it dosn't mean they don't have them
