how much will bagging a stock truck lower the front when the air is out of the bags

With or without lowering components? Depends on how high you set it up, and what kind of bag you use. Figure about 4" with no air in it....

i can cut the cups down to 1" right ? want to lay pinch weld and i am trying to fig how much z it will take and if i will have to do crossmember chop i have 255 35 20 i was thinking it is going to take a 3"z 1.5 cross drop and 3" spindles and cutting the bottom of the frame

Now you are asking the right questions and giving the right info. Don't waste your time on the crossmember if you plan to z the frame, just Z it 4" and chop off 2.5" off the frame at the rocker to get it level with the rocker and be done.
