Wheel info
I was wondering every thing I need to know when getting new wheels for my 67 c10. They are a 6 lug pattern but I dont know what type of offset I need and other info that effects the fit.

Re: Wheel info
Some websites will only show you what is supposed to fit your vehicle. Others won't, leaving it up to you to figure it out.
On my '69, which is still 6-lug, I have Wheel Vintique Vette-style Rallye 15x8's on the front, with a 4-inch back space. The rear has 15x10's with a 5-inch back space. The front is lowered with spindles, but there is no interference by the wheels with the control arms. My philosphy with backspacing is to keep the wheel centered on the mounting flange, whether it is the front hub or the rear drum. That doesn't always work if you're dealing with FWD, but these trucks are NOT FWD. Check the comments that others will make to help you determine what sizes and offsets are right for you.
