Need help with my 72 Cheyenne Door!
Well, here my problem. I need to do some work *inside* of my door - specifically, new outside door handle and new window regulator.
I've already taken the outside panel off, so I can see what I'm up against.. I'm fairly mechanically inclined - but how in the world do I get to these parts? I can see how I'd take the 4 bolts out of the regulator, but how do I put a new one in? Do I take out the window itself first, and if so, how? |

roll the window up and put some tape on the inside of the window over the top to the outside of the window(duct Tape or whatever) to hold the glass up. Remove the screws and slide the regulator out the end of the channel.
Door handle just unscews from the inside. You will have more room once the regulator is out.
