door swap?
Hi guys. How tough is it to swap doors? I'm sure it's a pain lining things up and getting the gaps even reasonably close. My passenger door is all dented up, not rusted, but a lot of work to straighten out in the least. Any pointers? Thanks guys.

Re: door swap?
Easiest way is with the front fender off. Scribe where the bolts were. Build or make a support to hold the door while you're doing this. Patience, patience, and no two doors are ever EXACTLY the same.

Re: door swap?
just make sure you got a friend or 2 to help take it off..they are not that hard...ive doen a couple sets in the last couple of years, as long as you gto one good friend to help hold it they pretty easy...dont shut it hard right away until you make sure its lined up or you could dent something....

Re: door swap?
Start with getting the rear of the door/striker aligned with the rear cab body line...and go from there. It will take many adjustments to get them just right, but be patient, keep adjusting, and you'll get there.
