big block engine mounts?

kinda new here but ive had this truck for years now and im just starting to work on it now, has a 454 that someone swapped in before me and these mounts dont look right from the pics ive seen on here but the engine sat in there good. there was no problems before i took it out but the mounts kinda look like a hackjob. who out there has these kind of mounts with headers and big block, fitment issues? do i have to switch to the old style towers?

Re: big block engine mounts?

Those are the 73 up mounts but work good for BB installations. They could have done a better job.
