Re: New tires on !

Dude, that's exactly what I'm doing on my truck. Same wheels, same size tires, but I'm going to use white stripe tires. Are you going to put some centers on it? I'm going to use 10" moons.

Yep I've ben beating myself up a bit wondering how I could add some centers that look fitting yet unique . I have ordered a set of these which will look great however I think some Vette style rally police caps would look hot !
10" moons as in moon disc or baby moons ? I think Chevy 2 style moons with the lil bowtie would be cool ! also been wondering if anyone has a push thru on these wheels and some chrome lug nuts . See what I mean "I think too much"

Re: New tires on !

I just couldn't put the 4wd caps that came with wheels on (TOO BIG) . I had the tire shop keep the wheel weights on the inside so I don't have to run rings . If i do get rings I'll get the real skinny ones for a lil differant look.
Speaking of a differant look , also wondering about finding a way to push thru these derby cap pieces ? some fab work there I'm sure.

Re: New tires on !

Paint the wheels green to match with a set of dog dish hubcaps for the sleeper look.

You can also buy the lugnuts to use the late model style hubcaps like you put in your second post. If the holes are there, you can use those with chrome lug nuts and screw them from the back side.

Re: New tires on !

Speaking of sleeper, I had the idea of using the "COPO" style centers like off a camaro, but my dad's 67 had baby moons so...

Yep that was my original idea , however I went with bomb can hammerite flat black for now (easy) kinda goes good with the beater thing its got going !
and its hard to tell but these are Blazer rally's so attaching dog dish won't be easy . But it could still happen ?
