Not Seen-10 But...
This is going to be a multi post for all the pictures...I know how we all love pictures here!
Well I have it back together almost. We drove it yesterday for the first time since I got it back. I had a rear end leak and fixed that and found the transmission leaking while under it and I hope I fixed it as well. All the bolts were loose. The guy came Thursday and penstripped it. Took almost 4 1/2 hrs. Free hand. I started working on the inside of it and got the dash pad done, door panel pattern's made but not covered. I need to do some touching up on the bottom of the dash and try and save my armrest's. I have to wait after Christmas to order the carpet and new floor mat's. The stain on the driver side happened years ago after working on the dash...don't ask! These are some random inside & outside shot's.

Re: Not Seen-10 But...
These are my speaker pictures of the subs and tweeter's I have a set of 3 way's under the seat's. I built a box for the driverside 3 way so it would not just sit in the floor under the seat and the seat still can slid forward.
I was trying to find a place to put the little tweeter's when I noticed the hanger clip on the passenger side...well the rest is history. These are my mirror's I did the last time it was painted. Just took the vents out and made a pattern and placed them with metal. The screw in and bolt in just like the vent window did. More pictures later, got to go do some more to the truck. Here are some better shots of the pattern of my door panels. The bottom screw's will be replaced with the plastic inserts before I cover the panel. They will be under the material.

Re: Not Seen-10 But...
Your truck is coming along real nice. I have a question though. About those vent windows. What are your plans for those? Looks like a large blind spot.

Re: Not Seen-10 But...
Thanks the truck is almost back together, just details now.
No blind spot at all. They have been like this now for about 6 years. I have no plan to change them.

I guess it will be worth it all. I know it's consumed a lot of my time lately.

Re: Not Seen-10 But...
Yep I bet you won't fire it up again with the oil PSI line not conected! Been their done that! Good looking truck, so it it a work truck or what? Asking because of the bed box. Are you going to be one of the lucky few to drive theirs and make money doing it?

Re: Not Seen-10 But...
It's very evident that you have spent a lot of your time and money, and have thought very much about what you wanted to do and how you wanted your truck to look. We should all take notice of the planning you did and know that nothing we do can be done without planning and execution.
Tenacity....we all need it to do what we want to do. Congrats.

Re: Not Seen-10 But...
Thanks everyone for the nice comments.
badpeanut, Thanks for the picture. I took that one on a overcast day. It's hard to get them to show up in the sunlight. Rokcrln, Know I want, you can count on it. This is my work truck. I drive it back and forth to the job everyday...well I don't know about now though. I have been driving it for 21 years. jcnalley, Yes the speaker box is a little out of place but I'm going to redo it and make it more eye friendly. You should see the other side though! It's just sitting under the seat in the orignal box it came in. I have to redo it also and make some kind of box for it. ChevLoRay, Yes I have been planning this since last March before the Myrtle Beach Car show. I didn't go the past 2 years because of the way the truck's paint looked. This past March I told my wife the money I make off of building Golfcarts was going to get the truck redone. Well it's done except a few small things like carpet, grille and some other iteam's that I want but don't have to buy right away...Christmas is got to be taken care of first. OK here are some outside shot's I took today. I know some of these, well most of them you have seen before but not in the sun light.
