Hub Carnage
Breaking sucks but carnage is kinda cool too. This is whats left of one of my front "premium" hubs.
Top left is a "good" hub. All the other pieces make up the "bad" hub. On a side note, after fixing the hub I was "testing" things out in my snowy driveway and shat the front driveshaft out. A rock had somehow ended up on top of the transfer case crossmember and when I put power to her in four wheel drive reverse, the rock wedged itself between the frame and the CV shaft and BOOM! Sheared all 4 bolts off the CV to t-case connection. |
