Re: WTB SBC finned aluminum valve covers Z-28 and LT-1 and L-82

Mike,
Look on ebay, I have been looking at valve covers lately for my bigblock and have seen a few of the LT1 finned V.C.'s on there. I have a set on my Z/28 that needs to be cleaned up real bad. I hope I can clean them or I might be in the market for some myself. Here is a link for some, they are expensive. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/69-70...em180204018250 Good Luck. Here's a pic of the ones I bought for my bigblock.

Be carefull of some of the valvecovers on ebay. I bought an old set of corvette ones with script writing on them, only to recieve a crappy knock-off that looks like someone cast in their mom's basement. They look nice on the wall, though.

I lucked up on a pair of these valve covers at the top of the page that just need to be polished but was wondering what kind of plug goes in the one that does not have the emblem.
