Speaker problem
The guy who owned my truck before me must have loved his music more than staying cool in the summer. As you can see from the picture the kick panel vents were covered up with speakers so I'm trying to get the kick panels off to get the vents working again. My problem is the tweeters seem to be attached to something behind the kick panels and won't come loose so I can't get the panels off. Does anybody know how these speakers come off???

Re: Speaker problem
They may be screwed in from behind. Some tweeters like that also have a seperate base that would be mounted first and the tweeter itself would be clipped or twisted on to that. Maybe try seperated the tweeter from the base. Good luck...
