brand new 67-72 doors
Anyone know what a good price to ask for a pair of brand new never used doors?

Re: brand new 67-72 doors
The only reason im looking to get rid of, is because i was told they are 72 only, and wont work with my windows... so i guess 72 only should have been in the title

Re: brand new 67-72 doors
You can still use them, only thing different is the regulators that crank the
windows up and down. (And door panels if you choose to use the 72 style) Last year at Memphis Super Chevy I think they were around $500 a pair

Re: brand new 67-72 doors
so the plain metal door panels i have wont work either?
so i would pretty much need the 72 regulator and door panels then.. what about the wing window, i was told the windows were different

Just went outside, Merlot is a 71, it has 72 doors, but 71 regulators and metal panels

Re: brand new 67-72 doors
the part i have circled is what makes them "72 only". only 1972 had a screw going through the bottem of the vent window to hold the door together better

Re: brand new 67-72 doors
I am pretty sure the difference in the window regulator is that it sticks out farther to fit in the 72 door panels. I beleive you can put the 67-71 regulators on those doors and use the metal door panels.
Craig - are you sure Merlot's doors are 72? I think all Blazer doors have that dimple. If not all of them, the change was made pretty early, maybe 1970?
