im stumped.. need suggestions

i got my outter cab pieces, a and b pillars and all 4 cab supports replaced, i hung my doors and fenders back on the truck b4 i put my rockers and cab corners in. i can get my drivers door and fender lined up pretty good, but im having more trouble with the passenger side. I can make my body lines match on the p. side, but everything seems as if its too high, ie teh top of teh door rubs teh drip rail, and when i mock up the rocker, teh gap is 2x as wide as it should be, but i had to adjust the door that high to make the body lines in teh door match the cab corner. anyone got any suggestions..
my dad says, (and i trust his judgement, just seeing what everyone else says) that the cab may have saged at the window post and should try and push it out with a porta power. what do yall think?
thanks
josh

if your hitting the drip rail - door is too high. most replacement panels are not perfect for match up.You say rocker won't fit gap, if your cutting out the old always leave more metal, you can always re-cut later .measure door opening at drivers side if it fits OK then check passenger side to see whats wrong.

someone must have adjusted them , the factory fit was loose back then but it would not have rubbed when new
