Thank you all.

I just wanted to post a thank you to everyone who has contributed to this board. I don't post very often because I can usually find the answer to my question through a quick search. There is so much good information on this site and the people on it are always helpful and courteous unlike some of the other forums that I'm on were everyone has there own opinion and it's the only one that's right.

Re: Thank you all.

Must agree. Great information but what I really like is the positive attitude that the mods promote. Yes they might squash a few good discussions, but overall they keep it sane. I post of a couple of other 'hobby' boards and things do get out of hand....

Thanks for all the answers, and I can't agree more about the search function, I use it all the time.

Re: Thank you all.

Andy you were one of the people I wanted to thank. I can't tell you how many things I have painted with Rustoleum through my paint gun because of you, from my front door of my house to my daughters dresser Hopefully soon I'll do up my 67 satin black like yours. My wife already said if it turns out half as good as yours she is taking it for herself.

Re: Thank you all.

aim a lot higher than mine man... if you saw it up close, you'd agree.
However, I am glad you liked that thread...it was a fun one to share, and the truck still looks 100 times better than it did before.

Sweet old truck!
I agree that is the best message board that I have found on the net. There is almost a family feel (sometimes slighty dysfunctional!) to the community and most everybody here is eager are ready to help people out. All the members I have met have been nothing but class.

Re: Thank you all.

I agree that 99.905 % of the people on this site have got their head screwed on straight. It makes no difference if you have a DD or a trailer Queen...we treat each other as equals. Even the Mods. and the Staff seem to be Ok.

Re: Thank you all.

This is the best site for 67-72 Chevy/GMC trucks I have found. Like said before people are friendly, supportive and postive.

A few days ago I went to a old F*rd truck site to see if I could find a picture of a 1956 long bed stepper similar to the one I had when I was in high school. I read a few posts and was amazed at how unfriendly they were.

I visit another site on the web that is real good, but it is for my other passion, old F*rd tractors. The site is "ntractorclub.com" if any of you have a tractor of about 1940-54 vintage and need help it is great.
