Re: wtb 60-63 gauges with tach
thanks, I can build a fake one for $170, would like an original for a reasonable price. are they really that rare? didn't almost every 2 ton and bigger come with one? no one on this board has one they wanna part with?

Re: wtb 60-63 gauges with tach
I have a gauge cluster for a 62 without a tach if you are interested. PM me if you are.

Re: wtb 60-63 gauges with tach
The factory or reproduction tachs (page #25, item #23, $229.95) and tach wiring harness (page #88, item #9, $26.95) are available from www.classicparts.com and www.lmctruck.com, so if you find a good, used factory gauge cluster you can install the factory tach and wiring harness, without modifying the gauge cluster or wiring harness.
The tach shown in the picture is a '64-'66, however, it appears it has been installed in a '60-'63 gauge cluster. I believe the '64-'66 tach will fit the '60-'63 gauge cluster with little or no modifications. The used dash gauge cluster and factory tach with harness, can be rather expensive, but I have found them before for under $150.00, used on eBay, in very good, working condition. Good luck with your search and sorry I couldn't help. |

thanks for all your help guys, but still looking. I will probably go with a repo kit from classic parts.
