Blazer tank hoses

I have been all over the place trying to find a hose that will fit the 1 1/4" inlet.
It is measured in ID and the only hose I can find is the same measurement but isn't flexable enough to slip over the pipe. Where are you finding your fill hoses?

Re: Blazer tank hoses

The one you need has a very hard and stiff spring that runs through it. I got mine at OReilys and I think they can get about any size you need. Try your different parts stores. It is expensive.

Re: Blazer tank hoses

With the wire in the hose it is a little hard to strech it. I had it sitting in running hot water for a bit and it seems to have opened a little. If I get this to work It will be a temp deal until I can get a better peice. I'm planing on one more total tear down of the truck befor I'm done.

Re: Blazer tank hoses

As stated earlier WES has it in stock. He sells both the blazer tank and the fuel ine. So I know it fits. But like Mudder stated, it's pricey. If I remember, he gets about $11.00 a foot.

Here's his number again:

Re: Blazer tank hoses

I bought a line from one of the vendors and unfortunately it was too big. I ended up going to a local rubber hose supply company and they had the exact size in a rubber hose that was speced for fuel delivery in stock. The just cut it to size.

Re: Blazer tank hoses

There are two kinds that will work. One has the spring in it and will bend in a slow 90. The other without the spring is bad for collasping when it is bent. My OReilys stocks the stuff. I guess I could call and see if there is a prt#.
