Need your opinion

I have a 67' long box. What it did so far was gave it a paint job 4years ago in high school. Rebuild a 350 and a th350 and put in. I'm looking to do a frame up restoration in the near future. Should i convert it to a short box (How much work is involved?). Also I was thinking torch red for a color(what do you think). If you have any color choices or anything please let me know. It will be driven alot.

Re: Need your opinion

It really depends on if it is a step side or a fleet side

Re: Need your opinion

For the LWB to SWB question- this is all dependant on what you intend to do with the truck and your personal taste. The work involved is not difficult, just very time intensive....especially if you'll be hackin' the bed. That's alot of stitch welding there. If you're gonna buy SWB bedsides then you've cut out about 70% of the time.

IMHO Torch Red 67-72 trucks are just a wee bit too common. I like red on Vette's, 911 Turbo's, Ferrari's and Ducati's. Beyond that I'm not too keen on the color. Again, if you like it....go for it!
