Good customer service - compliments of Early Classic

I am truely impressed with Mark and the folks at Early Classic Enterprises. Those of you that keep up with my build thread know that on Sunday I found I had a bad tie rod end. It was new, although I had bought it as part of a complete kit back in 2006. I called ECE yesterday and guess what the UPS dropped off today? Yup, a new tie rod end, sleeve, and a return label so I dont have to pay for shipping the bad tie rod back. WOW. I don't know if they are members of this board, but either way my hat goes off to everyone at ECE. MisterE

Re: Good customer service - compliments of Early Classic

I have used Early Classic for the majority of all the parts on my truck. The only parts I have purchased elsewhere have been for parts ECE can't get.

I'm always impressed with the parts and customer service I receive from ECE.

Re: Good customer service - compliments of Early Classic

I have so many of their stickers laying around at work, it's almost silly. Seriously - I get 2-4 per order. They're on the garbage cans, my monitors, hidden under my desk, on the windows

I justh ad to place an order with them today, actually, for my 2.5" drop spindles. I actually need to get some tie rods, too, but ... gonna hafta wait

Re: Good customer service - compliments of Early Classic

Just placed another order today with ECE to get some '68 5-spline axles (~$275) and the front sway bar relocator ($19).

Once again, Mark was a pleasure to talk with, was sure to inform me that delivery would be delayed by 1-2 weeks due to the part being backordered, and happily processed everything while we chatted about what could swap and how (he answered a lot!). I had to call back a few minutes later because I forgot to order the sway bar relocators Talked to Jeff that time around, and, again, no hassles, everything went through!

And it's examples like this, as to why I will be spending a lot of $$$ with them in the future...

Re: Good customer service - compliments of Early Classic

With how overpriced some of their stuff is, I can agree with the "spending a lot of money" part

Re: Good customer service - compliments of Early Classic

I have also been nothing short of impressed with ECE. I just got their new catalog in the mail today, a few new parts in this one. I plan on supporting their business for years to come.
