6" lift and 37's??

I have a 86 k10 with a 4" lift and I clear 35's no problem. Going to 1 ton running gear and want to run the 37" military tires on 16.5" rims. Will 6" lift give me enough clearence to run 37's? I have 4" springs on the front so can I get some longer shackles and a zero rate block to give me another 2"? Though about a shackle flip on the back and a 2" block. Give me some idea's guys.

37's will fit wilt 6" lift,I would go with a set of 6" springs in the front no blocks!!Thats bad news in my book,Don't like longer shackles either in the front, the tend to sway!!Just my opinion!!!!Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: 6" lift and 37's??

I ran them with 4" and minor trimming. Of course, my Blazer was a little on the rusty side, and it saw more mud than anything. There was a retread plant in my hometown, and those tires were way cheap!

Re: 6" lift and 37's??

I did the shackle flip on the rear of my 84 Shortie, this is the way to lift the rear up!
It lifts the rear 4 inches and the driveshaft angle is right on. I also have the heavy duty shackles from them also. I run 35 MTR's with 10 in Alloys The company is OffRoad Design
