Trailor Hitch Question.
1968 SWB with a rear chrome bumper, not a step bumper, and I want to put a hitch on to tow my boat. Do I need a hidden hitch setup or will a regular hitch sit low enough to clear the lic. plate & bracket? Thanks!!

Re: Trailor Hitch Question.
I'm not sure if this will help, or not.
But I'll throw it out there anyways. I have a '69 long stepper, with a chrome rear bumper. It's equipped with a "DrawTite hitch/receiver. The receiver fits under the bumper & license plate quite nicely. Hope that helped a little. El Jay

Re: Trailor Hitch Question.
I have a 67 gm fleetside and had a custom hitch mounted from the pros that do it for a living and it can be made to your specifications. It cost about 300 dollars here in Canada, parts and labour.
