66 Bed Sides, Short Fleetside Availability?

Life would be a lot easier if I had some new bed sides for my 66 short fleetside. Skins would be perfect. Has anybody seen these available besides the patch panels that cover the wheel opening?

I converted my long bed to a short bed and if I could find some for a reasonable price, I would rather weld them on instead of filling the seams.

Heck, used ones would work if they weren't too bad a shape!

So you know, buying & selling is not allowed in this forum. If you're looking for used parts, look in the classifieds. I know there are some threads there where guys are parting trucks.

I went and looked at www.oldchevytrucks.com . His catalog shows front and rear quarter panels for the fleetside. These should make it so you can replace the entire bedside. I would guess the other vendors sell them too.

Re: 66 Bed Sides, Short Fleetside Availability?

I figured that ads weren't allowed, that's why I was just asking for someone to point me in the right direction.

The two-piece skins with one seam would be better that having two seams, I'll look into them. I'd like to eliminate them completely.

Thanks.
