back spacing and tire width

Hey guys I have been looking for some specific information and cannot find it via the search feature. I was wondering if anyone was running a 17x9 rally wheel and with what back spacing. I also would like some hints on the tire width that will fill the fender in. The truck is a 72 custom 10 that is on air to the rocker panel. It has a stock rear end that came with the truck. Is of course a stock 5 lug pattern with drum. I am looking at the Wheel Vintique wheels. Just want to make sure they will fit before ordering from summit. If I did my math correctly the wheels should not be an issue. Really conserned with tire widths. thanks
