Question Question about making frame shorter

i have a 70 burban 4x4 the body is shot completly. i was wanting to maybe cut the frame and make a swb 68 from it. does any one know how much to cut off where or is it like cutting a standard lwb frame. i know that mounts have to be moved and such just kinda wanting an idea which way to go THANKS

Yes, way too much work. 4 x 4 frames are different in the front.

Much easier to find a swb frame. Or get a longbed 2 wd frame and shorten it.

I would part out the burb and take that money and buy another pickup
