350 engine help

Ok, I am rebuilding my 350 for gas mileage and to pull my 2001 dakota drag truck. I have just about everything stock, flat tops, 600 holley, performer intake, and a small Crane 454 cam. What is everyones opinion on a gear for pulling? Its got a 4.11 gear right now because it was a hotrod but its changing jobs and needs to pull a trailer and my cc dakota.

Re: 350 engine help

I think a 3:73 setup would do double duty very well.

Re: 350 engine help

That is a really good all around gear.

Oh, do you know any of the Bryant FireFighters? I went to school in Camden with 4 of them, great bunch of guys!
