If it runs well it would be hard to pass up a 292. Cab looks solid. I'd move it out of there so I could get a good look underneath.

If I had it...yeah first thing that would have to go is the bed. I would offer 800.00. Never know what your going to find in rust...since it has been sitting in the grass long enough to sink.
