I have a 72 nos front bumper, its out of the package but still has the sticker on the back of it $300 + shipping, or pick up in mesa az

I need your help, I have a NOS 67-70 bumper, still with the GM sticker. What I want to know is, is yours sort of wrinkled where the license plate would mount? Almost like a dent?

Robert Paul, Yes it is kind of wavy where the plate would mount, I tried to post the pic but it's too shiny & just reflects it, It couldn't have been dented , just figured it was from the manufacturing process.
