Sky Jacker has a 2.5" lift kit and a 4" lift so you'll have to choose between the two. I can't find a 3" kit though, maybe somebody else can though.

why do you specifically want a three inch lift?
u can always get th 2.5 in and do a small body lift for the extra .5 inches dont think anybody will notice

I just looked at the Off Road Design website and they offer 2,3, or 4in. spring kits in Tuff Country brand.
