350 vortec motor/complete/roller cam/4 carb
(been awhile since i've been on here)
i'm selling a 350 complete engine, it was originally out of a 96 truck, i had my engine builder (very well known around here) completely rebuilt it, it only had 33k miles on it-thus why i originally bought it.... ..standard bore, (had "0" wear in the cylinders),.has new rods, pistons (stock-something like 9:5:1) new GM performance roller cam (same as ram jet 350) , new timing chain/gears, new cam bearings, main bearings, new oil pump, new GM oil pan, roller lifters, new GM harmonic balancer completely re-done vortec heads, new springs (good for 500 lift), new retainers, locks, etc...ALL parts bought from pace performance parts dot com block came drilled for mechanical fuel pump, and the cam has the lobe for a mechanical pump as well, and has older style timing cover comes with the hardened distributor gear for the roller cam, and new GM performance parts chrome valve covers needs only an intake, and distributor i have quite abit of $ in this, but i'll sell it for $1k firm i'll try and post up some pics in the next day or so if there's any interest, i'd rather not ship, i'm in elkins west virginia, my zip is 26241 thanks klambert@cebridge.net

Detailed Description This hydraulic roller design is used on the 383 truck and Ramjet 350. The duration at lash point in degrees (intake/exhaust) is 288/308; duration at .050" tappet lift (intake/exhaust) is 196/206 and maximum lift with 1.5:1 rocker ratio (intake/exhaust) is 431/451. Valve lash is zero/zero and lobe centerline is 109 degrees. This camshaft is a great upgrade for 1996-2000 Chevy/GMC trucks equipped with the L31 Vortec 350 Engine. This cam is great for additional bottom end torque. If installed in one of these trucks, a custom computer re-program is needed. i'm sure i probably have the receipts somewhere, just need to find them...i wasnt terrribly worried about keeping records, b/c, my plan wasnt (at the time) to sale the thing...but i'm sure i can find them though

Re: 350 roller motor, vortec heads,4 carb set up
Man, if I hadn't just paid to get my 383 done, I'd buy this! on a side note I shipped a motor and trans from AZ to FL for a $300, it only takes a pallet and the truck comes by to pick it up.
