Re: 70 jimmy

$300 is a good deal. There were 3 engines available - the inline six, 307 V8 and 350 v8.

Collectible - yes (especially in this crowd)! There were less than 80,000 Blazers sold (not sure on the Jimmy numbers) between 69 - 70. If you consider how many have met their demise in one way or another, they are fairly rare. Restored trucks can go for $25,000 +. Rust buckets are usually in the $1,500 range.

welcome from indiana and i would say that in any shape 300.00 is a deal it would have to be a real piece of crap to not be worth 300.00

Re: 70 jimmy

Heck yeah, $300 is a steal. The motor could be a 307, but I have seen some 350's with a 2 barrel as well as the 327 (but I don't think 327 were being used in 70) either way it is rare if you want it, but rare in the truck world doesn't mean value unless it is a fully loaded 72 Super Short fleet BBc, AC, tilt, Etc, etc, but again value and worth are in the eye of the beholder!! PICTS, PICTS!! I love the 70's colors and gold is a sweet color!
