Thumbs up Crossing our Fingers- Baby!!!!!!

Well today my wife and I went to the infertilty doctor and after a long time of waiting and getting her ready for this procedure we hopefully got her pregnant. We got the "donor stuff" (I'm the infertile one from previous cancer) from the place that prepared it for us and was in a vial (test tube) which then placed in a large styrofoam cup to be less noticeable. That was a weird feeling if I've ever had one for sure. After the short walk to the Dr.'s office we were in the waiting room and that was a long wait until the nurse took cup back. Then we went back and all went great Dr. said. After he left my wife looked at her watch and said it was 11:11 am. So it was weird and maybe a good sign for us being 11-11 at 11:11am. We're praying and got our figners crossed. We've waited for more than 3 years for today to happen and we're so excited yet nervous. This next 2 weeks are going to be so nerve racking we are going to be on pins and needles the whole time. Hopefully we will get some great news for Thanksgiving and definately have something to be thankful for.

Good luck Brandon. I really hope it goes as planned.

It will be a very lucky child to have you two as parents for sure.

Is this going to be our first kid? For some reason I thought you already had a kid. Either way good luck to you.

Brandon, hope all goes well and you and your wife get what you wish for.

My cousin and her husband tried to have a baby forever. After about 4 years they went to a doctor and now they finally have a little girl and there both happier then ever.

Pretty soon we'll be hearing how you taught your tike to pull carbs and drain oil.

Hey Brandon,

All the best to you and your wife. Me and my wife have some experience with this kinda thing ourselves - that's why we have cats as well. Keep the prayers going and consider them doubled on this end.

God Bless.
