How much drop would just flipping the rear on a 67 GMC with leaf springs give me?

I'm not sure on a 67, but I believe it drops the 60-66 about 6". It's allot, you'll probably have to notch the frame.

Thanks i just want to go 4 in back so i guess ill just pull out some leafs any suggestions on how many to pull?

Not really, and there are probably better ways than removing leafs. They make some kind of oddball hangers that lower the leaf suspension a few inches.

I don't see why you couldn't use a flip-kit and then taller shackles on the rear of the springs to get some clearance back. I mean shackles aren't an ideal way to do things (always hated them growing up), but as long as you were only adding a couple of inches I don't see it being that much of a problem. This is speculation mind on my part.
