Unhappy Temp gauge problems!

I checked the haynes's gauges wiring system, everything is ok, green (from the temp sensor), pink +, black - ??..... but the needle donīt move from C , the temp sensor is new!

Ground the lead to the sensor and turn they key on. If the gauge is good (and the wire has continuity), the gauge should peg to Hot.

Did you put it together with teflon tape? It isn't supposed to have any. It needs to ground to the block.

Yes a lot of teflon tape... but I checked the ground in the sensor.. it has good ground!!
