Thumbs up It's DONE!!!!

Hmmm, could it actually be...*gasp* DONE??? Check out the longhorn web site, I have all the pages up and running! Included a link page too...Paul and Wes made it on there, as did this board and the Chevy Talk one too.
I know there are more trucks to add, but I have each year represented...50th annv trucks and crew cabs are represented too.
Many many thnaks to the ppl who have been alerting me of Longhorns on line. and sharing info with me.
Hmmm...maybe I should do some more typing on the Caddy swap page now huh? I seem to have fallen behinde on it too.

Is it possible to finish a truck.

I thought this was one of the great myths of our time.

Andy, just got off your site good job. I had a neighbor that had a 71 or 72 when I was a kid. I try to keep a eye out for them down here. If I find any I'll let you know. Weasel

Thats a cool site Longhorn! Too many people dont know about that "different truck". I have had guys from body shops ask me if i stretched that old truck.....you should see the puzzeled looks when I tell them , no it came stock that way! They are a special pc, & at the time I got mine i didnt really know this.....,it was a $500 truck from southern cali that was gonna be "parts" for a short bed step(ouch). well a little checkin showed that there werent too many around, & that long truck stayed long! I fought this one real hard, but was He!! bent on buildin a hotrod.......& so I did, a long one! The old truck needs to come apart 1 more time for paint, after a lot of yrs of "playin", but she solid & shes safe, & 1 color "hotrod grey". the look on my 17 yr old kids face , when he had his hands on the wheel was d@mn sweet! Some things take a little time, as life happens while you are makin other plans. dude you need to get rockin on that old longhorn, get that kid involved & have fun.......time is only a small hill to climb when you are havin fun.........69
