alarm

Just wondering what kind of alarm everyone has in there trucks? Iam looking for something somewhat cheap and effective.

This is a really good read right here. Infact, I'd consider it as the bible of car alarm installs if you want to do it yourself.

Biggest thing to watch out for is shops that just zip tie the brain to the bottom of the steering column. The car blinks and chirps, and the install doesn't take long, and the customer goes home happy. The problem is, all the thief has to do is reach under the dash and rip, and within seconds the alarm is useless.

ive used viper alarms for years and never had a problem with them
