Lowering Blocks....
Anyone had luck with these? i'm looking to get 2" drop blocks for my rear end to make it set level.
Pros? Cons? thanks in advance. |

I made mine from a 2 x 2 x 6.5 inch piece of billet.
I haven't had any ill effects running them. I also run 5 inch drop springs and a CPP Super Trac Bar.

I made mine out of 2x2 steel tube.They work well,I use stock height springs and shocks.Works for me.

I made mine from 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" heavy wall tubing along with 2" drop springs, works great.

Just make sure your bolts don't sit lower than your wheel if you have a flat and dig into the road and cause you to have a worse experance than neccesary.

lowering blocks are not gonna do you any good ... the leafs are mounted on TOP of the axle if I remember correctly.

Yes my leafs set on top of my axle plus I have square "u" bolts.

You could use longer leaf spring hangers to get about 2".
