SD control arms released
Finally an alternative to ART arms...if they are anywhere near what my s-10 arms are they are built like a brick sh** house. I see me giving somebody a heck of a deal on my ART arms to pick these up. I haven't heard any pricing as of yet.

Re: SD control arms released
Im sure it will be great quality stuff, reasonably priced. Ive always bought from them and have nothing but good to say about every transaction. Im very happy they are venturing out into fullsize trucks more.

Re: SD control arms released
I just want to thank "Thorbecke Bros." for registering as a vendor on this great website. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to listen to the "customer" and to spend the ca$h to make it happen here. There are many followers of Nathan Porter, of Porterbuilt Street Rods aka Dropmember innovator. (I am also one of his customers) Your version of his Dropmember caused quite a stir here. I believe the shock is over. Now the dropmember is cheaper due to competiton in the marketplace. But from being a member/visitor over at S10forum.com,... I know Jason's commitment (as well as Nathan's) to these forums and the way he treats his customers. (I also have never purchased anything from *****************,... yet) Anyway,... WELCOME TO THE 67-72chevytrucks.com BOARD! I'd say the average age of this forum is a little older than S10forum.com,... but we all have the same love of these trucks! (I'm off the soapbox now)

There is probably alot more crossover between here and s10forum than people think... I know Jason has given away more than a few sets of arms and complete rear kits on s10forum...it just happens out of the blue. I don't know if I'd go as far as saying it's "buying people with free stuff"...I honestly think the guy enjoys "spreading the love"...it can't always be about the almighty dollar. I know the way people feel about Nathan and I guess it's kind of the same way I feel about Jason. I think he's a great guy who's pretty smart and brings great stuff to the marketplace. But to dismiss his stuff as junk and you'd never buy it without seeing it firsthand or knowing anything about the company is totally unfair. He prides himself on his stuff being "bulletproof" and guarantees his arms for life I believe. They are totally built in house. I think the only thing they don't do in house is the powdercoating and it wouldn't shock me if he were to get into that. I guess all I'm saying is give the guy a chance to prove himself before you write him off. I'm off the soapbox now...

Don't be shy, enlighten us.
I'm glad to see you have joined the posting side of the forum. I also appreciate your supporting the site by becoming a vendor. Please take a moment and offer some input here so the speculation can be put to rest.
