T221 to a NP205
I am replacing my tranny and transfercase and I thought I had a 465 with a 205 transfercase but it turns out I have a 221. I looked and how everything lines up and the 221 has the output on the bottom and the 205 is on the top. Still going to have a 465 and would like to have the 205 but I dont know how it would work. I have pix but can't get to them right now. Thanks for helping a noob

Re: T221 to a NP205
Ok...It is in a '69 K20. The new tranny and transfer case is about 1 foot longer and there is a crossmember in the way. I would assume that I would have to have a single drive line because of the length. I have lots of pictures but I can't post them yet. I know there have been many many people who have done this but I can't see it by looking at it.
