67-72 Bolt in pedal assembly
If anyone is interested, we finished up the prototype a few months back, and have tested them on several trucks, and the word is, go......they work great.
Fully bushed and sleeved assembly, 100% bolt on to the frame. Set up for standard Corvette master cylinder/booster. Here's a few pics. any questions, ask away. |

Re: 67-72 Bolt in pedal assembly
Who are you? Are you from a company or individual? I've always wondered why I couldn't find this product. Is there a reason why?(you always see them for fords and older street rods)
I'm interested. How much? So are you selling just the bracket and pedal assembly? Does the booster hang below the frame? Give us more detailed info!! Thanks! Last edited by jlaird; 10-06-2008 at 06:25 PM. |

So, maybe I missed this, but why would you weld in the bends?

Re: 67-72 Bolt in pedal assembly
when u bend metal with a break press the tooling leaves a line in the metal which makes it weaker with tight raduis bends

Re: 67-72 Bolt in pedal assembly
LOL..you guys are killing me!!
I work for Scotts Hotrods in Oxnard CA. I just happened to have a CPP MC laying around when I shot the pics. As soon as I get the vendor sub paid I'll offer up more info, I just don't want people to think I'm spamming the board. But yes, the inside bend is welded up for strength. Actually after its bent, the outside is welded also, it's just ground to a smooth finish. Oh here's the Master Cylinder we make |

Re: 67-72 Bolt in pedal assembly
I'm all set, sometimes I'm a little PM tarded, but I got it all figured out.
Yes, we do make a whole bunch of items for these year trucks. To be honest, I can't think of a single truck we don't make something for. Jeph- |

Re: 67-72 Bolt in pedal assembly
None of that stuff is on your website (or at least I couldn't find it!) Any place to see all of the parts you guys make for these trucks?

As far as other items, we manufacture a 4-link, i.f.s with airbags that gets about 9" of travel, we make custom consoles, and more. I'll post some others up for you guys to see in a new thread

Re: 67-72 Bolt in pedal assembly
does the 425 include the booster and mc? what size booster is in the pic? do you have a side shot? I really need to know exactly how far below the frame it hangs. Thanks!

Yes at $425.00 it does include the Master cylinder and Booster. It's a standard corvette master cylinder, 1-1/8" bore and a dual diaphragm booster. I'll take a pic tomorrow and show you how low it hangs.

Re: 67-72 Bolt in pedal assembly
hey to let u know u don't have to weld up the bends for that kind of bracket , i only weld up bends at work for stuff thats going out for galvinizing becuase after it comes back with out welding the bend a simple wack with a hammer will snap it
