Cool extended cab Square Body Dually?

Saw this on ebay. Looks like a nice job! Listed as a '79,... but has a newer front clip. I've seen the converted factory trucks with the front of the bed cut off,... but this one has the full 8 foot bed. I'd like to own this one. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1979-...QQcmdZViewItem

Re: Cool extened cab Square Body Dually?

that dually is nice. supriseingly the seller does not mention this being an extra cab or how rare it is or anything about it being a profesional job. clearly he knows based on the $8500 price tag.
ive seen others but the ones ive seen have not gotton the extra cab to look factory. one of them i saw had a round window and another had no window.
definetly the best square body extra cab iv'e seen.

the cab is prolly an original from the company that made the extended cabs back in the 80's. i don't think it was made. there is and extended in a salvage yard here and it looks like the same cab.

Re: Cool extened cab Square Body Dually?

You missed the above post. I don't have information for a pickup. I have adapters that we make for putting the above in Blazers utilizing the factory mounting holes.

For a pickup, you are going to have to fab the mounts up.
