One for the experts...Cheyenne Super Sport?

Hi,

I did a search and could not find any info about a Cheyenne super sport. Is this the same as a super? I bought a 72 Chevy and the SPID calls out Cheyenne super sport option. I know the PO changed some things but I was wondering if anyone has heard of a super sport pickup? My current plan is to put the Texas 2wd body on my K20 chassis. Thought I would make sure it's not a super rare option before hand.

Thanks in advance for your replies!

I also have a 72 Cheyenne Super. It is called out on the SPID as "Cheyenne Super Sport" as well. All Cheyenne Super SPID labels I have seen are this way as way. Nothing special other than being a Cheyenne Super.

Re: One for the experts...Cheyenne Super Sport?

I have a bunch of labels that say "Cheyenne super spor". It might say Super, Super spor, or super sport on the SPID, they are all just Cheyenne Supers. Chevrolet never sold a Super sport truck like they did with the SS Camaros or Chevelles.

OK,

That means I can swap the body without excessive guilt! I will have to start a new thread about how to title it etc.
