Cool Red Reflector in Clear Lens!

Ok, I know alot of you don't like the clear lens, but I added red to mine. What do you think. I glued a trailer lens inside of the brake housing under the clear lens.

It fit perfect with no cutting, I was scared I would have to cut it and then I would have messed it up.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

That's why I posted it. I figured there would be some more people interested in do it. I used goop glue, that stuff will hold anything, you can buy it at w/mart and lowes.I think the parts store may have it also. I used the little red square lens out of the replacement packs you buy at w/mart. The pack has the round, amber, and this one in it.

Cool

REPLY 1 ABOUT BULBS.
Not worried about the bulbs, I'll just pry it off when I need to. I put the led bulbs in so it want get that hot and they are suppose to last a long time.

Reply 2 ABOUT Sticker
When I put the TPI in my truck I wanted a emblem to signify a 5.0 motor. I ordered the ones from Chevy and that's what they sent.
5.0 liter HO . I didn't like it for the side by the Custome Deluxe emblem, so I ordered the 5.0 (mustang) I know, it's a ford emblem, but what can I say it looks alot better than the one Chevy sent me. It matches up pretty good with the C/D emblem as well, same size, and it's chrome stick on.

Wink

I think it looks great

I may have to borrow that idea as well

But I do have one question....
Are they bright enough in daylight???
Most of the LED bulbs I have seen that fit under a lens are kinda on the dim side.
