Re: Ooops
Please don't copy the pictures to the very next reply to a post. Not only does it look funny, it's is hard on those with slower connections.

Re: Ooops
several years ago I came home for lunch on a test drive from work and our local police dept had one of those set up down from my house .on the way back too work in a twin turbo RX7 I went by faster than the two digit sign could display it flashes fast if you go above speed limit and really flashes really fast if you go three digits fast. after work I stopped and talked too the police chief and asked him if he knew what happens in that situation. he cussed me because he said now I have too tow that thing out of town and try it himself.

Re: Ooops
haha sweet. I just hope it wasn't taking pics, but I have enough tickets one more can't hurt =]
any cops or people who know cops on here that know if they have cameras or not? I thought it was usually a van parked down the road from the warning sign that took the pictures. |

Re: Ooops
I was thinking about doing that.... but I didn't know if it was a camera or the actual radar. Anyways this was on a mountain behind my house, but I have never had the truck up there so they don't know the meaning of disturbing the peace! I won't go back up there for a while now

Re: Ooops
That is a cool picture Makes me wanna do the same Even if it had a camera and took a picture they have to prove that thing is calibrated daily just like their radar guns...So if you get pulled over based on a sign like that you can fight it. Many of those signs a placed on poles in school zones Smae goes for those they can not give you a ticket based on the speed limmit shown on the sign you can firgt it and win.. At lease thats what I was told by a Traffic School instuctor and he said not to tell any one he told us that ..
