Fuse Block Terminal Identification

I have a 1971 Fuse Block. Searched the archive for pics of fuse blocks with identifiers. Have not found a pic identifying the single male prong terminal just below the fuel sending unit wire connnection. Anyone know it's use or other uses for it? Is it constant or ignition powered only?

you know, I've never looked at that... but looking at this (almost correct) representation of the fuse block, I would say that if you put a fuse in the glove box/spot light location, then it would be powered full time/non switched.

Thanks for the advise. Once I get the power hooked up I'll test it to see how it works.
