Re: Tachometer Question

If you find a good tach cluster thats probably the best way to go . The article from prong from crossy is valuable info . I actually bought a tach cluster off ebay > did not like the condition it was in , so I endedd up buying an autometer 4 in. tach & putting this where the large fuel guage was . For a fuel guage I used the small one that came with the tach cluster Ibought & put it in the lower left vacant spot on my bezel . just another option for you.

the tach actally fits very nicely where the fuel guage used to be

Re: Tachometer Question

Here's my cluster before I installed a combo tach/fuel gauge...

And after, Notice the factory air pressure gauge in the lower left corner

Re: Tachometer Question

im not going to use a factory gauge... im upgrading all my gauges with some autometer ones... so from the artical if i understand i can basiclly hook it up no problem since i dont have a "feedback carburetor" and no cruise control... would anything else on the truck prevent the gauge from working????
