Door Adjustment
I had a busted upper hinge on the driver's side. I did my best to mark the bolt locations when I replaced the hinge, but, well, better luck next time. I've heard that its important to have the doors properly aligned before messing with the cab floor or rocker panels. What is the best way to adjust the door? Its dragging low right now.

Loosen the bolts, move it a little, re-tighten the bolts, gently close the door and see how it fits. Then loosen the bolts again, move it a little more, re-tighten the bolts again, gently close the door and see how it fits. Then loosen the bolts AGAIN, move it a little MORE, gently close the door and see how it fits. Then throw your ratchet across the garage. Drink a few beers. Then loosen the bolts, move it a little, gently close the door and see how it fits.
Sorry, just a little door aligning humor But really, it's just trial an error. Adjust where the hinges mount to the cab for vertical and horizontal alignment and adjust where they mount to the door to move it in and out. Adjustments of panels, etc are a trial and error kind of thing. I've done so many door swaps now that I can (and often do) get them spot on with the first try. (seriously!) I place blocking under the door im removing so that when I remove the bolts, the door sits on that. Then I simply remove the door and set the replacement door on the blocking. This automatically sets the door at the correct height. All that's left is the in/out adjustment which is easy. I set it so the bolts are centered in the hinge holes and go from there.

Everything they said plus this- I use a floor jack and a block of wood the lift and hold the door in place while I'm tightening the bolts, and yes, it's very important to have the doors aligned before you replace any sheetmetal around them. Good luck!
