They have a couple of warehouses, I have gotten parts the next day to 4 days later from them. There prices seem good and I have had good service from them, they even call you if a part goes out of stock and ask you what you want to do rather then shipping a partial order and screwing you on the shipping costs. I saved enough on a clearance set of Bendix front drums to pay for all my other brake parts when compared to the local shops.

No bad mouthing them at all.....but I don't think they have any warehouses. My understanding of their business is that all their parts are drop shipped directly from other vendors. I'm pretty sure their offices are in Madison, WI

Yeah, I was trying to explain parts ship from different locations and the shipping time will vary depending upon where they are drop shipped from, your quality of part will probably also vary, but the closeout items are very cheap, which I am into, since my C30 has a $600 total budget and $400 of it was purchase price and towing fee.

middle man or not, i got my booster tonight, and its on and works great, and it was apart a few local parts places couldnt get *weird option s10 booster to clear my motor and suspension* Also saved a few bucks on it too even with the few bucks for shipping, i think it took 4 or so days to get here. They are just another good option then the local part stores to keep in mind

I have purchased several parts from Rock Auto. Prices are very competitive, especially comapred to Napa and O'Reilly. They have easy to search online catalog plus I do not have to pay sales tax. Good source for generic repair parts.

I am overseas (military) and have ordered from Rock many, many times. You have to watch their shipping, sometmes it is pure madness the way things change, more parts less shipping, more parts more shipping, all depends on something I guess but I have not figured it out.

Brand names, good site for parts research, prices are good.

Packing has been very poor on occasion and I complained about the monkeys that must work in the shipping department.

I bought a couple of brake hoses a few weeks ago from them and I used the code I got from somebody else. I did find the same brake hoses on amazon. com about $8 cheaper after I made the order! The came in quickly with no problems though.
