Clear fuel filter

Every time I see a board member post a pic with one of them things, I tell him/her to get rid of it before they burn their truck to the ground.

there's ways to do it, mixed with a little common sence, where it can be a banificial tool.
However, when I see them mounted like that, TOOL is the key word... and not for the filter, but the owner.
