can you get chassis pics of the rear? what's giving you 3.5 inches of travel in the rear?

I have always loved your truck, still love it. How much did it cost to get your bench covered in that awesome 70's fabric?

2.5" with the c notch, and the axle sits 1" away from the frame without = 3.5" with notch in place.

Love the stance! what size tire you running? I'd kinda like to cover my bench in that "Mexican blanket" look myself.

Re: Dropping the bad habit....... with pics.
Looks great!
It appears you have a very similar rim/tire combo compared to my truck. I've seen posts lately about 15" rims rubbing on the A arm when using 2.5" drop spindles. How's the clearance around the inside of the rim? Thanks

Re: Dropping the bad habit....... with pics.
Looks great. I just finished using a pic of your truck to photoshop what mine might look like when I'm done. Now I've gotta redo it with the drop.

Re: Dropping the bad habit....... with pics.
tires are 235/70/15's Uniroyal Tiger Paws on 15 x 7's steelies. the tires were the best bang for the money.
as far as removing the bump stop tower, I simply took a sawzall to it and they came off quick. it's amazing how much destruction you can do with a new blade and a sawzall...... I am getting Energy Suspension low profile urethane bump stops and installing them on the front, just in case we hit a speed bump at 60mph.

nope. they are dealer options, but I wanted one. so after looking for months, I finally found a complete assembly that was in great condition. Energy Suspensions have an 11/16" thick "hockey puck" style that will fit like a charm. already accounted for that, but it wll brin g the travel down that much. I'm running stock shocks...... wonder how long those are going to last. guess those are next. but they still squelch the major hits.

Looks Great! That's the same drop I have planned for my highlander. I'm assuming your not running headers? That's whats holding me back at this time.
