can i get some tire assistance please (sizing)
ok im considering going to a set of 18's and im trying to figure out what size tire i would need to be compareable to what i have now, it could just be me but im having troubles trying to figure this out by looking at some size and spec sheets, I just used the ones from bf goodrich. Currently I am running 245-60-15's on the front which is 26.6 inches tall and 275-60-15's on the rear which is 28" tall can some one help me out here im kinda lost

245-45-18's = 26.68
295-45-18's = 28.45

I use this all the time. It put's a nice visual on the differences in tire size.

I actually get this question a lot from the guy I work with. Here is the formula for a given tire size of 275/60/15
((275/25.4)*.60*2+15) |

Price wise the Falken line seems to offer many sizes @ a decent cost. For me personally, the only thing that matters is the size. I will pay more for the exact size I want vs. getting a cheaper tire that's not the right fit.
I have used & like: BFG's, Dunlop SP9000's, Toyos, Michelins, & Eagles.
