Another floor replacement thread
I finally drug my cab in and cut the floor out today. I bought this floor right when they came out. Here are a few progress pics if anyone else is thinking of going this way. Overall the fit is pretty good imo. I took all the pics with my phone so they suck.

Re: Another floor replacement thread
Hey Ram man, looks like you got it going good. If you ever tackle this job again you should think about a rotating cab lift, easy to make and beats laying the cab on its back. You can also put the doors on with it hanging. Check it out here

Re: Another floor replacement thread
Thanks thats pretty slick. I dont know how you would wrestle the full floor in though without it layin on its back.

Re: Another floor replacement thread
Thanks, but there's no wrestle to it, just lower the cab down to the floor very easy

Re: Another floor replacement thread
I got the floor in today. Here are a couple more pics. I plan on having the cab media blasted after I fix a couple more spots on it. It took approx 15-16 hours from start to finish for me.

Re: Another floor replacement thread
Looks real good. You going to hang the doors and check the gaps before doing the real pillars?

Re: Another floor replacement thread
Thats what I plan on doing. I'm going to get new doors so I may wait. I'm not sure if I should use the old doors to line everything up or wait til I get new ones.

Re: Another floor replacement thread
nice job... i'm very happy with mine too. Much easier than patching up the entire floor... mine was pretty shot.

Re: Another floor replacement thread
RAM-MAN, Are you going to use oem doors or new aftermarket doors? Are your existing doors repairable? Just my very humble opinion, spend your time and effort on a good pair of original doors. the aftermarket doors that I've seen don't fit very well and, cause all kinds of bad thoughts! cheers, Pat

Re: Another floor replacement thread
Could these one piece floors work on a C30 with the high hump floor? I've seen them listed as for C10's. ??
